Also... I watched the Japanese version of Pokemon Heroes last night.

The song that plays while Ash races at the beginning has the lyrics (in japanese) "even in that girls's skirt" referring to finding pokemon.

I'll have a look for the lyrics online.

Track #4 from their, brand new, album 'Amor Vincit Omnia.' The band is fantastic and this track is one of my favourites.

That said... I'm listening to this album, for the first time, as I type and that was the first I heard. It could be that a better one creeps up. :3

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie might have sucked, but it had an awesome theme song.

Panda-chan, you should play that on your guitar.

aw man that brings it back...yeah. panning out from the newly destroyed earth and the guide heaves into view.
the best bits of that movie were those cutscenes where the guide dictates to the viewers, usually very close to what douglas actually wrote in the original books.

Indeed. For a bad movie, it had quite a few good bits... such as the Guide sections you mentioned, the scene where the Earth is destroyed, the trip through the planet factory, and the dolphin song.

I saw it many years ago. Before I read the books, actually.
That's why I recognized the original Marvin in the queuing scene, whereas my friends did not.

Also, Panda, that album you mentioned doesn't seem to be on iTunes.

That would be because it's brand new, if anything. My friend pre-ordered it (and then sent me it over msn :p)... so it possible that it's actually not be out for a few days.

And yeah... a lot of people I know cheered when they saw the original Marvin.

back to the music yay, this is probebly one of the best piece's of music in the entire collection of seires, the song is called gentle hands and there is a english version for those curiuos,it is also the main the theme to (you (probebly)guessed) .hack//g.u and is really nice
