One Member Per I.P. / E mail Address..

This new software has some interesting functions..
One is it generates a report of user versus I.P. / email address...
One user per I.P. / E mail address please.
Should a user be found with more than one Active account per I.P. / E mail, the newest account will be deactivated then deleted at the end of the month... If the practice continues the member will be banned. Period.
If this creates a problem let the staff know about it.
*There are exceptions to every policy. I.E. 3 people in the same dorm sharing one Connection.*
One account per person or I.P. or e mail address please.
*Of course as easy as it is to get an e mail account*
I'll cross check them through the database.
