Mirror's Edge

You c-can discuss video gaming here. Just d-don't give Haruhi any strange ideas about dressing me up like game characters...

Hmm, according to wiki the 'closed beta' will be released in North America on the 17th. Apparently, you need a beta key to play. :?

This might be a rare instance of the UK getting better video game treatment than the United States.

reminds me alot of flyff. Its a gpotato mmo as well, probably will check it out. that said, im currently playing fiesta, another free mmo with friends. it has its ups and downs, but heaps of quests so it seems to be carrying itself pretty well.

flyff is good but the faces....kinda scare me...
but fiesta ¬_¬''' they all look the same, and the class tree is....kinda, boring sry >.<

on the other hand the best anime MMO's are: mabinogi(really good non fighting game-play and yet still good fighting game-play) and Dream.Of.Mirror.Online, or DOMO 9has a large selection of classes and is a very good sociel MMO)

but luna has most of those things so i prefer it ^^'

lol yeah fiesta is kinda weak on the character designs, and sif the faces scare you in flyff. I got pretty high in that game, and its a heck of lot less clunky then fiesta, thats for sure. pain in the ass thing is that in both games, anything can be bought via credit card, flyff especially. Its virtually all real money based now.

if i can convince the others, i'd probably try out wow...

which one? flyff, fiesta or wow?

cos yeah im sick of flyff, but im not denying the fun i had playing that game. that said, it was via skype with friends. thats what made it interesting. same goes for any mmo for me, really. Get sick of the grind pretty quick, unless you've got company.

my experiences with mmo's have been pretty brief, so...yeah.

oh, right, sorry, i meant WoW.
yea flyff's got pretty good gameplay and pretty good/odd classes.
but ive always hated WoW i mean, the graphics are really chibi and its a really serious game (i could go on for hours but ill save your simpathy).
i guess the populer american games don't intrest me :(

Yeah... i did that the third time on easy. Piece of cake.

When I said I had all 1000G i lied :p

There are actually a few I have left to do. I have about 700G done.

i personally prefer hard, mostly because on normal)and easy) they just stand there and shoot, which is kinda boring btw.

(btw japser,i feel a bit sad because i did the achevements: not shooting anyone, not getting shot, not getting hurt, 5 of the acrobatic's and the swering one(jump, turn away from cops onto impact cushiner). on hard and on my 3rd run though...-)

wow...being a fully fledged tracuer, it's interesting to look back at myselft. i find recently that i am still quite into this game, and in actual fact, motivates me to do parkour with more running speed, which makes me run twice as fast as i usually do ^^' can't wait for the next game.
