Marvel subs Japanese Spiderman

Yes, you read that correctly. The cheesy campy goodness that is Japanese Spiderman is now available for viewing, subbed, at marvel's website.

Yes, the Spiderman with a giant robot. It is cheesy. it is campy. It is a trainwreck. It is.. awesome.

Couldn't get past the beginning of one episode

even power rangers was less cheesy

i admit i watched the entire thing. and yeah, the powerrangers reference came to me as well, except by the end of the episode its a total ripoff of that (very crappy, never watched it) series

Japanese Spiderman, produced in 1978, actually predates Super Sentai. It actually popularised the use of giant robots to defeat giant monsters, which later led to the creation of Super Sentai, the series that the US Mackred into the abomination known as Power Rangers.

It isnt a ripoff of power rangers, power rangers is a ripoff of IT.

This series basically created modern acting. You are watching not only cheesy acting, you are watching history itself.
