Edit: Upon further examination, I think the last photo in my first post is actually a different cosplayer. :?

She's also done Rena from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I think she goes by 'Kipi-chan.'

There is not much Biography information contained on that site.

Considering that this is the most anticipated release since Bleach, I can't really fault them for it. In fact, foregoing this kind of thing might be considered bad marketing.
