It looks like a cross between an AT-ST and Metal Gear REX... And its far too shaky. I'd so laugh if it fell over.

It looks stable enough, it's just extremely awkward and slow. It also looks slightly less adept at handling terrain than your average Formula 1 racer. Since being able to navigate almost any terrain is the whole point of walking, I'd say there's still a lot more work to be done before this is viable as anything other than a novelty. Still darn cool, though.

Personally i'd rather they were see AGAINST the US army... but ok.

The biggest downfall i can see it that... well... there seems to be a big 'must not fall over' obsession.

Falling over and catching yourself in a regular fashion... in such a way as to propel yourself forward at reasonable speed, with the minimal effort required. There's, usually, no balancing on one leg involved.
