Personally... I'm happy with my Kanon one from a few months back:

On an unrelated note (yes... another); I happan to have finished the Haruhi novels upto now. Hope book 10 is announced soon.

I just watched episode 7 of Clannad...

I was under the impression that this was much more realistic than Kanon... but Kyuu is so much like the 'Uguu'd one' (as Nagato put it O.o) In story aswell as character o.o

I didn't think I was gonna like it, but I just watched all 12 episodes so far and I must say it's very good. Very interesting. I haven't seen this other story by Key, "Kanon", that everyone keeps talking about, though. Soo...I don't really care if it's copying it.

The whole drama of Fuko and whether or not she'll come back annoyed me.

Kotomi-chwaan is cute enough to be competition for Nagato-swaan! It's like heaven! O:3

CLANNAD is by the same people as Kanon ORIGINALLY not just in the anime. The themes overlap occasionally, few parallel stories... but neither copies the other.
i suggest that, between CLANNAD episodes, you go watch Kanon. It's gooood.

Hehehe. :3 That's an awesome mini-manga right there.

I've watched 15 episodes now. Man, I love this show. But the Fuko appearances are getting on my nerves. They completely destroyed the character development purpose of Fuko disappearing in the first place.

But otherwise, this show is HILARIOUS.

Actually the appearences are there for a reason. It's just rather badly portreyed if you ask me. Oh, can you use spoiler tags for ep. 15? Not sure if I got round to watching it yet.

Meh, it isn't really bothering me. They're just doing it for the lulz, and it at least goes to show that Fuuko is still alive.
