[They're named twice in the movies. The first in in The Empire Strikes Back, just after Luke comes out of the Bacta tank. Han says
"How you feelin', kid? You don't look so bad to me. You look strong enough to pull the ears off a gundark." The second time is in Attack of the Clones, during the elevator scene in the beginning. Obi-Wan says to Anakin, ""I haven't felt you this tense since we fell into that nest of gundarks." For further information about Gundarks, check out their article over at Wookiepedia.]
