Unfortunately, my home team (the Diamondbacks) is doing simply awful this season. They're currently last place in the National League West standings.

All this talk of baseball reminds me of an Excel Saga episode. Couldn't find a picture of it though.

Which also reminds me that there's a few i haven't seen. Including one which was deliberately made in a way that would be unsuitable for TV, I believe.

ES is probably the only anime to put a price the artist's head in the first few episodes.

I've been watching Star Wars: The Clone Wars recently, and its a very enjoyable show.

I just can't say no to a girl with a lightsaber.

You can tell that it's the animated version of Grievous because he has only three vertical grilles on the lower part of his mask, instead of four. Personally, I'm rather fond of the redesign Grievous received for Clone Wars. I think that, by slimming down and simplifying the design of his body, they made him a lot more menacing-looking than he was in Episode III. I will admit they could have done his arms a little better, though...

Man, CGI has sure come a long way since the days of Roughnecks and Beast Wars.
