The Nier soundtrack is absolutely one of my favourite things to have come from video games (Nier itself is also one of my favourite video game surprises.)

Two of the tracks I really enjoy are:

Cold steel coffin

Anyone know of any music that's similar to Blu-bird on the Nier soundtrack? Kind of like a tribal chant, but I haven't really found anything that's like it.

I can't think of anything precisely like it, but there are a few 'tribal chant' songs I enjoy. As far as I can tell about Nier, it's songs are sung in a number of fictional conlangs created by meshing together real-world languages.

Stilts pointed out that the Nier song also sounds a lot like Farscape's theme.

Kind of! But it I feel that it lacks the "oomph" of blu-bird. Thanks for trying, though.

I found this remix a while ago, and it's probebly the only one i really like. It's hard to find a decent remix of a song that can't really be remixed, but i found this one to be to rather..proffesional?
