The moral crusaders
strike another blow for the rights of imaginary children.
My favorite bit is how the prosecution managed to circumvent First Amendment rights by using an "interstate commerce" loophole. It seems that our constitutional freedoms can be stripped away if the prosecuting lawyer is skilled enough.

I remember being linked there a couple of times. I really don't know when, a year may or may not have been an exaggeration.

Rakuten, a large Japanese online retailer, has been selling their customers to spammers for 10ยข apiece. Given how protective the Japanese are of their privacy, this scandal is sure to cause some serious trouble for the ecommerce giant.

Ripping off dual shock controllers, in fact, according to his picture choice.
As if Sony have the right to those.

You're implying there was a time when his standards were actually impressive?
In any case, I can see how Internet Tough Guys could beat up on Nintendo for "copying" the PS2 controller, but I think they're missing the point: controllers should be made for comfort and ease of use. The Dual-Shock's design hasn't changed much (and the 360 controller bears similarities to it) because it's just a good design. If Nintendo wants to copy that, good for them. It means we won't have another travesty like the N64 controller.

Good point. His social and political coverage tends to be incredibly biased. Also, he's kind of a jerk.
Still, Sankaku has stories you won't find elsewhere... such as the
Taiwanese Army using Haruhi as a recruiting tool.

It was a bit bleak for a kids film, but it certainly was uncomfortably realistic.
