I suggest you rethink how the bottom of her hair is done... it looks like it's been hacked off, rather than delicately cut.
With hair like that the bottom tends to be flat, but varied... similar to how some artists do fringes.

1) If there's wind in the direction i think, the hair must be softly (not too softly, but little hard - do not confuse little hard with a little hard) pushed to the right, which means a curve:
