I can watch Haruhi and Evangelion in either language, and Cowboy Bebop was actually better in English than it was in Japanese.

I watched Girls Bravo online. Some of the episodes were missing from the site i was using... so i jumped to Youtube for the dub versions. I cringed every time One of the girls spoke.

I'd say probably not. as great as it'd be... this place is getting bigger slowly, you have other commitments and it'd end up ridiculous. I'd say just tag it in here with a board or something. Make this place a hit before moving on.

I can't wait for this OAV to come out. Lucky Star is amazing. Anyway... I agree with Jasper. Don't make another site. Maybe make this one a Haruhi/Lucky Star site? Thats probably what he just said thinking about it...

Shamisen... maybe if you made this more or less a Kyo-Ani fanbase centered around Haruhi? Creating little sites for them all would be a ridiculous amount of excess time.

kagami cosplaying as vocaloid brought a laugh. the hiragii sisters were the main stars of this ova, getting the most story time, kagami especially.


overall, the first half was hilarious, second half was so-so, the OVA being made up of 7 different mini chapters, and in typical lucky star fashion there were heaps of anime references
worth the watch (albiet the quality of the sub was a bit bleh towards the end, video/audio in the lucky channel segment was completely out of synch)

Just watched it myself.. the Lucky Channel left me very disappointed as well.

Hopefully somebody will do a decent sub... or I wonder if it was transmitted

Saw it a few days ago. It was pretty good. Some of it was kinda random but thats what I shoulda expected. Tis Lucky Star after all. Lucky Channel bit needs subbing though. Damned subbers being lazy...

The whole OVA was worth it just for that.

On the whole I enjoyed it from start to finish..

Cherry and her interaction with everyone reminds me of someone in the room.

The gaming group brought back fond memories...

Cinderella bit was a gas... all of the rest was enjoyable too..

The last gaming scene, I dedicate to Ryoko...

What does kagami actually say upon waking? Both subs have different translations, and my crude comprehension doesn't help much...

She says: "Kona (bleep) itai~"
Which most likely has "Konata to yaritai" behind it, which means "I want to do it with Konata."
