A friend of mine (Well, guildmate in a random MMO) was busy planning which college to go to and which courses to take when he stumbled into this:

So uh... anyone want a degree in growing grass? It's apparently such an exacting science it's a 4 year course. Man, we've been doing it wrong all these years.

I always found the fact that there's a two-year WELDING course, at my college, quite strange.

2 years sounds ok for a welding course....

Welding skills are kinda important, coming from the 13th floor as I write this....

It just seems... odd.

ASU has (or used to have) a 'Modern Social Problems As Defined Through Star Trek' course.

...Also, 'History of Anime'.

Hmm... doubt either of those would get you much of a job. Few geek points i guess.
