"Humans are very resilient" says some australian nutritionist.

riiiiiiiiight
you can tell he (nutritionist) is being polite for channel 9.

"I would say his cardiovascular health would be suspect," Mr Sinclair said.
TRANSLATION: what cardiovascular health?

"Mr Sorrell would also be lacking in fibre which would affect his bowel functions"
TRANSLATION: he's going to have an aneurysm or something from having to push too hard

"I would also question his fitness and whether he is overweight."
TRANSLATION: hes fat

I have a song by The Undertones like that xD
Mars Bars - The Undertones:

I need a Mars Bar
Hey raid the Spa
To help me through the day
I need a Mars Bar
I've had total fun
It helps me - makes me - work rest and play
It helps me - makes me - work rest and play

I never eat my dinner
I push away the plate
You can see I'm getting thinner
Because I just can't wait

To get my Mars Bar
Hey raid the Spar ...

To Patrick Moore and David Bowie
And all the other stars
There's evidence here to show
That there's life on Mars

I need a ...

There's glucose for energy
Caramel for strength
The chocolate's only there
To keep it the right length

I need a ...

To anybody out there who still eats Twix ?
Anybody on packets of Buttons ?
I gave them up when I was six
I hope your teeth are rotten

I need a ...

Work - rest and play

ALL OF THE ABOVE ..... Yikes!

Enjoy the magic of every sunrise.
Wonder at the sight of snow.
Appreciate the joy of living in the now.
Upon tomorrow live a new life for a new day.

Chocolate does nothing negative to your complexion. In fact, it can improve it indirectly if chocolate is a stress reliever for you, since stress is one of the primary causes of acne and other skin problems.

but then you get diabetes from eating too many mars bars (high Glycemic Index foods apparently contribute, so 4000 or so mars bars = high chance), and complexion is the least of your worries, cos everything else goes to hell.

plus your teeth will be holy. holey. whatever.

Fair enough.

Though why a mars bar is classed at 'chocolate' when there's just the smallest amount on it always confused me.
