This is what I chose for the moderator color, an Intermediate (Red-Violet)

I'd say its magenta. I just find it weird we've only got one normal mod but have far more admins and global mods... Strange stuff at work here.

Global Mods = 3 the other founding members of this site.

Now that there is enough traffic here, with the other site and our other pursuits we needed a moderator from the membership of this site.

Pande is the first and like I've said a couple of times.
Should the need arise for more moderators.
We'll come looking to the members to fill those positions.

Do not ask the staff about becoming a moderator. If we feel you are suited to that purpose, we will approach you.

Granted that Pande's moderating territory is rather large but for the moment it's parts of the boards he's stated interest in. Should the day come where volume, or a request from him dictates, then he may be given a more condensed territory to watch.

Wait till you got more members then start to make more mod. I don't wanna see a site with ten mod, 3 Uni mod and 1 admin when the members number are only 20.

What part of this didn't you not understand Lazy?

This site is a year old and it's not the only site we (meaning the 4 original members) administer to. The need has arisen for ONE extra moderator. That position has been filled. What you don't wanna see has been duly noted.

Lazy, one last thing. 52 members have made at least one post on this site.
Should most of them return to posting then Pande's will have his hands full.

You're rather impatient, aren't you?

There are a few of us here that frequent another site. That site has been running it's forum for something like 5 years. The general amount of people online is 20/30+

The site is a pokemon one... there is FAR more to discuss on a pokemon forum than a haruhi one. Don't expect a sudden increase of active members... it happens over time.

I've been putting a lot into getting new members, so it IS happening. But you can't expect people to stick around when Haruhi season 2 and book 10 are still a way over the horizon.

Lazy. I'd like to ask how many members on this site you have persuaded to join? Some people (namely Jasper) has worked their backside off (kinda) getting people to join. They do not complain. I don't thinik I've seen you get anyone to join so far, yet you're the one complaining about there being a lack of active members. If you want more members, find 'em yourself rather than waiting for people to join. I know I'm one to talk with the lack of members joining from my accord but I don't complain. Best option here is to do it yourself and soon the site'll be how you want it.
