Your Love Her Coz She's Dead - Dead End

Some nice 8 bit music from probably my favourite band at minute.

i don't really like this, the drummer is painfull, off beat (can't blame the live i know), the singer was....below average...and they looked pretty attention seeking .hmm i don't think i like that band

I'm pretty sure that they didn't HAVE a drummer in that track. The singer may not have been your taste, but I wouldn't say she was BAD.

Attention seeking? You mean like almost every other band...like...ever?

People don't try to become famous because they like music; they do it for the fame, glory and money.

Just to correct that, Dead End's the name of the song. The band's called You Love Her Coz She's Dead. Or YLHCSD for short... And that drummer is quite bad...

I'll tentatively test the waters with this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKhnmUdmz74

"The Pretender"- by the Foo Fighters.

Admittedly, this is probably one of those songs that was, for a time; everywhere. Thus, I wouldn't be surprised if most people were sick of it already. However the "refined simplicity" or perhaps "rawness"(?) of the song was certainly something of a sticking point with me. The video clip is certainly memorable.

For some unknown reason I've made a bizarre correlation between the lyrics and, indeed the HS series. Perhaps I should stop staying up so late thinking such thoughts. Ah, well.

Widespread, huh? I guess I'm not very savvy to popular music these days... :banghead:

That song is pretty good. I should listen to more stuff by that band. Any suggestions on which of their albums is a good one to start on?

Well, I generally have the bad habit of piecing together songs from a band usually via hearing them from the radio, thus I don't really pay too much attention to the track listings of albums made by the band. However, I would recommend "The Colour and Shape" as being a good place to start.

As an aside, has anyone heard of a band called Bluejuice? They're a "Mixed genre" band from Australia, sort of a rock/hip-hop/etc. amalgamation that appears to work pretty well. That's not to say everyone will like it, though.

Two of their main singles [according to the radio] are:

Vitriol (NSFW- coarse language)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJAWLfdk ... re=related

Broken leg (SFW[?] {I'm fairly sure during one of the choruses one of the guys yells something, but I'm not entirely sure what})

Well, that IS what this topic is for. :P

also just completed this game in 19 minutes ^^'' I'm getting faster. (27-35 mins not using glitching) (30-45 mins using the specified route)

To be honest, if I did that, I'd get extremely bored of the game...

And now for some of the greatest songs ever to be written...

Any Way You Want It by Journey
More Than A Feeling by Boston
Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd

That is real music right there.
