So... what did y'all think of the new HP movie? I liked it, personally, but I think it was a bit too slow-paced. Also, David Yates needs to learn how to direct a fight scene properly... the battle in the cornfield, in particular, was difficult to follow. Overall, however, a definite step-up from the last film and a great movie.

I'm off to see it tonight so I'll post a verdict later. It most likely will be good though if it follows the other's paths. I have liked every other Harry Potter film and don't see that changing. I wasn't overly keen on the book though. At that point in the series I had gotten kind of bored of them and felt like I had to read them rather than me actually wanting to.
