Alright, I'll enlighten you on a few of my favorites.

Narrative-driven humor comics:
Dr. McNinja = The adventures of an Irish doctor who is also a ninja, his gorilla secretary and his teenage bandito side-kick who rides a velociraptor and grew a mustache through sheer force of will. Also, Benjamin Franklin's clone. Are you convinced yet?
Axe Cop = Axe Cop is a cop who uses an axe to chop villains' heads off. It's a simple premise that becomes increasingly ludicrous with each panel.
Darths & Droids = What if Star Wars never existed? What if a Dungeon Master and his hapless players happened to recreate a plot similar the Star Wars trilogy, but where the heroes are almost completely incompetent? This comic answers that question.

Narrative-driven serious comics:
FreakAngels = Warren Ellis made an original webcomic. If you know who that is, I don't have to explain why you should read it.

Traditional humor comics:
Nedroid
Mocktopus
Let's Be Friends Again = This is the Penny Arcade of American comics. So...uh...your mileage will depend on how much you like comics, particularly of the superhero variety.
Hark! A Vagrant = If you like history in your humor, check this out.

That's all for now. I'm sure I'll remember more, though, because my memory isn't too good. I'll wake up at 3 AM and go, "My GOD! How could I forget that?!" Because internet lists are serious business.

Welp, most of the stuff I read is already up there so I would like to recommend hiimdaisy's comics. They're comics which follow and parody the plot of video games in a similar fashion to what MAD did back in its heyday. She doesn't update too often though.

Aside from XKCD, which was linked previously:

MegaTokyo: I'm sure you all know of that one, but hey. SUPPOSEDLY 3 comics per week. HAHAHAHA.

Misfile: Regularly updated every weekday, if pencil drawn. About a guy who wakes up as a girl, then gets annoyed by an idiotic angel. Hilarity ensues.

3PS: Three panels, one gag. Awesome comic that mixes games and real life, but not in a way that fails. Updates irregularly.

Looking For Group: Fantasy (MMO style fantasy) comedy comic. Updated Mon+Thurs.

Least I Could Do: Slightly perverted satire comic... doesn't try to be nice. Updates every day... EVERY day. The art changes twice early on then settles on it's current style (same writer as LFG and same artist, the third time) Not particularly worksafe.

VG Cats: Fully, cute kitties being mean to each other and being jokes on games. Awesome. Shame they upload less than MegaTokyo does...

Super Effective: Pokemon comic by the same artist as VG Cats. Also rarely updated >_<

Hanna Is Not A Boy's Name: Best of the lot. Fantasy comic... Not quite as joke based as LFG, but still comedic. Updates once or twice a week, usually.

I can't believe I've just heard of this but:

The Abominable Charles Christopher is an absolutely fantastic comic that I recommend 100%. It follows the adventures of a yeti and the animals he encounters.

That comic is indeed amazing; [marathon] to catch up.

Who the heck is changing my avatar? I didn't have the old one saved, so I had to whip up a new one -__-. Maybe now it won't get changed again since it's a witch. Kinda. WTF is this thing you guys have for witches lately, anyway?

Hi, by the way.

I'd be interested in seeing what they gave you, actually XD

I've been wondering this for a long time, but what sort of cat sleeps in its litter box?

Of course the power of the cat is greater than that of a witch

That looks more like a fortress than a box.

Did they think you'd glance at the avatar when it was a cat and not notice the switch? XD
