For the first time in almost seventeen years, my friend and constant companion is not here. Just before eleven am yesterday, he made the journey from this world to the next. When trying to find the words to describe him I came across a couple of quotes, I\u2019d like to include them here, they speak well. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cUntil one has loved an animal, a part of one&#8217;s soul remains unawakened.\u201d &#8211; Anatole France<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
