This is gonna be awful. If we don't get the real season 2 I may cry... How many episodes we reckoning there'll be of Sigh anyways? Think we'll get anything more other than it?

We'll probably be able to make a decent estimate with the passing of part 2.

At the moment it's anybody's guess.

The consensus on 2chan seems to be that Sighs will run for three more episodes. Since Kyoani seems to be giving two arcs nobody really cares about (Sighs and E8) VERY long adaptations, we can only speculate that their eventual adaptation of Disappearance will have to be at least 12 episodes long.

Can we please get a different studio to do Haruhi now?

Episode 12 was great until Tsuruya got her appearance.

The fact that she acted as she did ruined the entire episode. Her personality was entirely different in the episode to what it was in the first series and novels... all the good points removed and the charms made into something an extremely irritating.

Although I'm not sure how you found her irritating, I did notice her personality was toned down quite a lot. Just her appearance in an episode probably made me happy enough to not notice the changes though... You wouldn't have expected that from, probably, this site's biggest Tsuruya fan. I'll notice them when I rewatch it another time. The episode as a whole was very good I thought though.

haruhi's animation reminds me of yui and she is too cheerful and i find that they haven't got her lines quite right, yuki seems peculiar, mikuru has new blushes, i get irritated with itsuki's....difference that i can't point out, and tsuruya is a little to curious then she used to be, but she is really cute.
