Because Mikuru and Koizumi are not part of the IDE operations... I'd imagine.

I disagree. I can think of a few people i WOULDN'T like to see in a bunny girl outfit. Besides... who ever heard of a normal clothing fetish? If every girl wore a bunny girl outfit it'd lose it's appeal.

Also from a practical point you need a certain figure to properly wear one of those suits.. some body builds will not fit the mold.. and most bunny suits are molded...
