For the future of the site, how about we create a forum for fan manga and novel for Haruhi its will be cool and attacting new member who like to be creative and reader who love reading....Nagato where r u?

Aaactually... if you look in the 'recruitment' thread... I requested to do a webcomic hosted on here. If i get permission... most likely I'd put up other people's shorts when i don't get time to do mine. But I'm not sure Shamisen would agree to so many people adding seperate things. Besides... you can always upload somewhere like drunkduck and complile a list of links.

As for the creative writing part... why not post them? I know a few forums where people paste entire stories they're written into a thread in several posts. Of course... if it's too long you can always hyperlink it again.

Trying to get the four of us together has been difficult.
Basically we hail from four different time zones and most of us have "Day " jobs

Be patience till after the holidays and we will get together...

Pandamonium makes a good point collective effort might be worth the effort .. everybody working together. Again If I can get staff together *Hint LOUD Hint* We will review this...

Okay... since there is no forum for fan creations, just hold off for now. Otherwise we'll have to move several different topics from different places if we end up making one, and I'd like to avoid that kind of chaos. Don't let that discourage you from creating while waiting for the forum, though

Indeed. We would like to keep the forums organized so that members can easily find their favorite topics/etc. So please be patient, and we should hopefully have a response for you soon.

So...basically, you mean you want a fan fiction section?

That's cool. I'm all for fan fiction, specifically if it's good. The best Haruhi fan-fic I've read is Mythos. (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3397252/1/Mythos), so I'd expect any fan-fic I write to be something similar to that.

Of course, not all fan fiction deals with romance, and from the looks of it, I'd assume the writing that you want to do doesn't.

We should wait and hold off for now, but there's a lot of things we could do with this. Like contests. Give a theme and see who can write the best story. Like "Volume 10", then see who can write their best version of volume 10. Or "Trip to an amusement park", or something.
