4chan vs. Scientology
A shadowy group known as 'Anonymous' (largely consisting of members from the -chan sites) had declared it's intention to destroy the Church of Scientology via electronic means (i.e. phone, fax and email spamming, Googlebombing and denial-of-service attacks).
Anonymous' Message to Scientology
Newsweek Article
Wikipedia Article on Project Chanology
The Church has responded by calling anonymous "a group of cyber-terrorists ... perpetrating religious hate crimes against Churches of Scientology and individual Scientologists for no reason other than religious bigotry."

If I recall, Scientology did something to provoke them - /b/tards don't fly in formation without some flack in the air first.

Here's to hoping both sides wipe each other out.

My opinions? My only opinion is:
Awwww, man. This is gonna be FUN to watch.
As for who I'm "rooting for"...I'd have to say Anonymous. Being a partial B-tard, and an atheist/anti-religionist, I'd prefer their victory.

Re: 4chan vs. Scientology
I can't really say I'm fond of either side. So I'm just hoping for the best possible outcome, mutual annihilation.

This is old news, but...
Fox New's take on Anonymous
Never before have I had both the urge to laugh and puke while watching a video.
Whatever small shred of credibility Fox News may have had left has been shredded into little tiny bits.
Now the question is... was Scientology involved in this little 'expose'?

Re: 4chan vs. Scientology
"War" continues. And more people are getting involved, it's not only about 4chan and Scientology anymore. It has become world's phenomen (however, ordinary people still know nothing - but who cares about ordinary people? Extraordinary gentlemen are needed, the rest will join later).
I like these conflicts. They make the world more interesting and provide opportunities "to do something differently".
