Title is 涼宮ハルヒの約束 (The Promise of Suzumiya Haruhi) and it will indeed be an ADV. Apparently you walk around school triggering events and play a few minigames. Not much on the story, but it'll have full voice acting by the anime cast.
Apparently it will feature something called the "Motion Portrait" system, which means that facial expressions will change in real time instead of the sprite-ish way of dating sims of old.
Sounds awesome, and a R1 release would rob me of lots of cash as I finally splurge on a PSP.
