Konata: I like what they've done here.
Miyuki: Same as her Japanese voice, though the voice is somewhat less convincing.
Tsukasa: Hard to gauge from just one line, but... meh. I guess it's survivable.

LUCKY STAR TO BE RELEASED MAY 6th WITH REGULAR AND SPECIAL EDITION!

March 10, 2008 (Cypress, CA) – Bandai Entertainment Inc. and Kadokawa Pictures USA today announced today that the highly anticipated anime series Lucky Star will debut in English on May 6th.

Lucky Star is a 24 episode television series from Kyoto Animation, the same anime production company that created the anime series for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Lucky Star’s main character is Konata Izumi, a lazy high school girl who isn’t interested in anything besides anime and video games. The series is described as the ultimate “otaku anime,” -- it pays tribute to anime culture and other series with in-jokes and hilarious references.
