Lazy you have 2 choices either reduce the image your self and upload it or hyper link it. When you post something like that even contained with in a spoiler it still makes an entry in the error log Some of these templates will not handle images past 640 X 480 or 800 X 600

That one is 800px × 780px it's width the templates won't tolerate and neither will I.

It's in the rules please follow them.
